| 摘 要： | 从运动训练学、体育心理学，乒乓球专项运动理论和实践的角度，对优秀男女乒乓球运动员的体能、心理和技战术进行全面分析和比较，试图形成一套多视阈多角度的女子乒乓球运动员技术男性化的理／论机制分析体系，对女子乒乓球运动员技术男性化的训练方法和模式等作具体化和科学化的设计与构思，这对于女子技术男性化的创新和发展具有重要的理论和实际意义。

| Abstract: | From the point of sport training, exercise psychology and table tennis specific theory, this paper makes comprehensive analysis on physical fitness, psychology, tactics and technique of elite male and female players in order to make scientific and specific research in the man - style of women technique training method and make significance for the innovation and development of table tennis technique of our sports woman. |
