| 摘 要： | 本以问卷调查法、献资料法和现代教育思想基本方法通过了解高职专学生针对目前体育课程设置的意见和学生学习兴趣、动机、取向，以终身体育和健康教育为出发点，对高职高专个性化体育教学模式、教学内容、课程特点及评价方法，进行了综合分析和研究。指出了其个性化、终身化和健康化的思想对课程改革的意义。

| Abstract: | Based on the point of life-lasting physical education and healthy education, this paper deals with the physical education system, contents, characteristics and checking methods by means of analyzing the polls'result, materials, data, and modern teaching theories as well as inquiring students of Senior Professional Colleges of their opinion, interest, motive, tendency about physical education. The author put forward the point that individulization education, life-lasting education and healthy education contribute too much significance to the reform of in Senior Professional Colleges. |
