| 摘 要： | 西方女性主义在不同历史阶段的发展进程为我们提供了解读我国婚姻家庭领域问题的新视角与新方法。这种新视角与新方法,将有助于更进一步理解与把握我国婚姻家庭中存在的家庭暴力、家务责任、离婚“门槛”以及婚内性暴力等等问题。而对所有问题的把握与分析是为了更好地推进我国的基于性别的法律平等和事实平等。

| Abstract: | The developing process of the feminism of the West in different historical periods has given us a kind of new view to analyze many of our problems in the marriage and family's field. Such a new view and method can help us go a step further to apprehend many problems in our marriages and families, such as domestic violence, housework liability, "threshold" of divorce and rape in the marriage etc. The aim to apprehend and analyze all the problems is to improve the equality concerning sexuality on the law and in the real world in China. |
