| 摘 要： | 对企业定额的重要性做了浅显的研究,使企业认识到企业定额在招投标过程中的重要作用。从企业定额的含义入手,表明企业定额自行编制的必要性,并举出企业定额的具体使用方式及其所能达到的效果。通过对投标报价、项目计划管理、项目核算管理及先进技术的具体要求分析,反映出企业定额重要性。指出当前社会施工企业大多并未编制企业定额,市场竞争力的薄弱面正在突显,企业定额的编制和使用势在必行。
