| 摘 要： | 采用文献法、调查法、统计法和逻辑法,对福建省高校体育教师继续教育的现状进行了系统研究,揭示了福建省高校体育教师参加学历继续教育和非学历继续教育的主要途径,参加继续教育的主要目的、内容和态度以及他们在内容、途径、频度、形式上的需求;并提出了教师参加继续教育的制约因素,提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | By means of literature review,investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the present situation of P.E.teachers' on-the-job training in institutions of higher learning in Fujian Province has been studied systematically in this paper.The research result reveals the major means of formal schooling and informal schooling of on-the-job training attended by P.E.teachers,their aim,contents and attitude and their needs in contents,means,frequency and formats of on-the-job training.Besides,some of the restrictive factors of on-the-job training for P.E.teachers and relative countermeasures are proposed. |
