| 摘 要： | 本文综述了重排反应中间体的确定方法及其在研究重排反应机理中的应用,中间体确定的方法有中间体的离析,中间体的捕集,对碳正离子中间体可利用NMR谱直接观察,非经典碳正离子则可用重氢微扰法,对N—NO_2→C—NO_2类重排反应采用C—13和N—15NMR谱来研究,游离基中间体可用电子自旋共振谱检出。

| Abstract: | This paper discribes the methods of determination of intermediates in rearrangement reaction and its application to the research of
rearrangement mechanism.The methods of determination of intermediates have saparation of intermediates; trapping of intermediates; to carbonation intermediate NMR spectrum is used, To the nonciassical ion Deuterium perturbation is used. TO N - No2→C- No2 rearrangement carbon -13 and nitron-15 Nuclear magnetic resonance is used and to redicai intermediates CIDNP is used to detect. |
