牡蛎壳制备丙酸钙的工艺研究

摘    要:以牡蛎壳为原料,从中提取丙酸钙,并对其工艺进行优化。以丙酸钙得率为指标,对不同液固比、壳酸比、反应时间、中和时间下对丙酸钙提取率的影响进行了研究。结果表明:液固比17:1,壳酸比1:1.1,反应时间3.0h,中和时间30min为最佳工艺参数。在此条件下,丙酸钙得率达98.15%,含量达97.71%。

Abstract:Oyster shell is the raw material to extract calcium propionate. This extract processes have been optimize. Study has been conducted with calcium propionate as index, with different tests of water/shell ratio, shell-acid ratio, reaction time and neutralization time under different extraction rate of calcium propionate, whose results show that: water/shell ratio 17 : 1, shell- acid ratio 1 : 1.1, reaction time 3. 0h, and the neutralization time of 30min was the best process parameters. Under this condition, calcium propionate yield reached 98.15% and content of 97.71%.
