| 摘 要： | 人体解剖学实验室存在着设备及对实验室理解观念落后，实验师资队伍结构不合理，设备、物品管理不够科学，解剖实验教学容易被忽视等问题。人体解剖学实验室管理的对策：健全实验室管理机构和制度；加强实验室师资队伍建设；对实验室仪器设备科学化、规范化管理，提高实验室仪器设备的使用率。

| Abstract: | Problems exist in the human anatomy laboratory. They include old equipments and backward understanding of concept; unreasonable structure of teachers ; unscientific equipment and goods management;easily-overlooked anatomy expefiment teaching. Countermeasures have been proposed here to improve the laboratory management system and strengthen the construction of teacher team; to promote scientific and standardized lab management ; enhance the utilization rate of lab equipment. |
