| 摘 要： | “应用技术大学”是新建本科院校发展的必然趋势，实践教学是构建“应用技术大学”的薄弱环节，特别是企业实习目前存在实习计划针对性不强、缺乏专业教师的指导和培训等问题。可以通过加强专业实习教师队伍建设、建立小型制药工艺校内实训基地、加强实习的管理制度等措施可解决企业实习中存在的问题。

| Abstract: | ＂University of Applied Sciences＂ is the trend for new established colleges. Enterprise intemship is a weakness when constructing the ＂University of Applied Sciences＂, because it is not well arranged and lacks professional guidance and training from teachers, etc. The author puts forward several suggestions such as improving the teachers professional skill, setting up small pharmaceutical technology laboratory and strengthening administration in the internship program. |
