| 摘 要： | 新建地方性本科高校青年教师在科研工作方面存在一些问题，诸如对科研的思想认识不足、知识和能力不够、存在恐惧偷懒心理、忽视长远规划、注重经济利益、不熟悉政策规定、合作精神不足、主观努力不够等；青年教师科研能力自我培养与提高可采取如下策略：提高对科研工作的认识；加强专业和其他相关知识的学习；增强开展科研的信心；统筹安排工作、生活和学习；尽早制订科研规划；主动参加科研团队；努力克服困难；发挥主观能动性。

| Abstract: | Many problems exist in scientific research work of university young teacher including insufficient understanding, knowledge and capabilities, laziness, blind fear, neglection of long-term plan, stressing only economic return, unfamiliar policy, lacking teamwork spirits, etc. Under this circumstances, this paper discuss the countermeasures such as improving understanding, knowledge and capabilities, making scientific plan, promoting teamwork, giving full play to subjective initiative, etc, hope to improve scientific research capability of university young teacher. |
