| 摘 要： | 学术类社会保障硕士研究生培养是当前社会保障学科建设发展的重要任务之一。以学校的培养目标和培养大纲为指导,以教学和科研为重点,提升学生的学术和实践能力。通过研究学术类社会保障硕士研究生培养存在的问题,分析培养模式和培养理论的革新,进而拓宽思路,增加理论知识的学习和科研能力的提升,推进新时期学术类社会保障硕士研究生培养的优化、调整和升级。本文通过对比分析国内部分高校学术类社会保障硕士研究生的培养方案,探析当前培养机制存在的问题,并提出“三位一体”系统培养模式,以完善培养机制。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of postgraduates major in academic social security is one of the important tasks in the current social security discipline construction and development.Guided by the training objectives and training programs of universities,focusing on teaching and research,to enhance students’academic and practical skills.Through the research on the problems in the cultivation of academic social security postgraduates,this paper analyzes the cultivation mode and the innovation of its theory,and thus to broaden the thinking,study more theoretical knowledge and improve the ability of scientific research,promoting the optimization,adjustments,and upgrade of the cultivation of academic social security postgraduates in the new era.Through the comparison and analysis of the cultivation programs of academic social security postgraduates in some universities in China,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current mechanism,and proposes a“trinity”system cultivation model to improve this mechanism. |
