大学生创造性思维培养的误区及应对策略

摘    要:对"大学生创造性思维的培养"问题的相关文献进行分析与综合,发现当前许多高校在如何培养大学生创造性思维的问题上存在着四个误区:认为中国传统文化束缚了大学生的创造性思维、让没有创新意识的教师来培养创造性的学生、用别人的经验来培养自己的学生与追求创造性思维培养的立竿见影。针对这些误区,结合相关案例研究,尝试性地提出四点建议:依据文化环境培养创新人才;更新传统教育观念和学习观;培养具有创新意识与创造性思维的教师;注重校本特色,避免"一蹴而就"心理。

Abstract:After analyzing and synthesizing the correlated literatures towards the issue "cultivation of college student's creative-thinking",the articlefind that there are four misunderstanding existing in how to cultivate the college student's creative-thinking of many colleges and universities: that the traditional Chinese culture constraint the college students of,non-creative teachers to cultivate the creative students,using the others experience to cultivate the student and pursuiting the cultivation of creative thinking which get effect instantly.Aiming at these misunderstanding,with related case studies,the article tentatively proposed four proposals: cultivating creative students according to the culture environment;renewing traditional educational and learning ideas;training the creative consciousness and creative thinking teachers,relying on school-based characteristics and avoiding accomplish in an action.
