摘    要:工学结合培养模式是利用学校、社会两种教育资源和教育环境,在学生学习期间交替安排理论课程学习和校外顶岗工作,对学生进行"知识 能力 素质"培养的一种教育方式。在工学结合中推行导师制,符合高职生个性和专业需要,有助于高职生的教育与培养,从而提升高职生的就业竞争力。

Abstract:The method of integrating industry and education is to make use of school and society, the two educational resources, to arrange in turn theoretical teaching in the school, and internships outside of the school, in order to provide students with "knowledge ability quality" education. The implementation of the tutor system conforms to the personality and professional needs of vocational college students. It is helpful for their training and will surely promote their competitiveness.
