| 摘 要： | 在认识城乡二元化的土地制度的基础上，结合城乡一体化实践过程中的土地问题，探究新型化的一元化的土地制度走向：构建城乡一体化的土地制度的相关法律，建立农村土地交易平台，推动农村土地建设用地的市场化发展；减少城市工业化建设用地和农村宅基地使用的面积；加强对土地的监管力度。

| Abstract: | Based on the understanding of urban and rural dualistic land system,and combined with the problems occurring in the process of urban-rural integration,it tries to explore a new type of unitary land system direction: construction of relevant laws for land system;the establishment of a trading platform for rural;promotion of the marketization of land for construction;decrease of land for industrialization and rural homestead and much attention to supervision to land. |
