高师公共心理学教学改革的构想

摘    要:当前的高师公共心理学教学中存在着教学目标不明、体系结构庞杂、教学方法单一、学时安排不当、师资安排及教育评价考核不合理等问题,因而应加强高师公共心理学教学改革。在高师公共心理学教学改革过程中,要遵循师范性、整体性、操作性和创新性等原则,认真作好以下工作:明确公共心理学教学目标、加强公共心理学课程内容与体系改革、重视教学方法的探讨、加强师资队伍的建设、变革考试内容与方式,从而达到有效提高公共心理学教学效果的目的。

Abstract:Currently,in the teaching of psychology as a public course,there exist such problems as unclear teaching objective,complex structural system,monotonous teaching methods,improper teaching time arrangement, and unreasonable test evaluation etc.Therefore it is necessary to be reformed.In the process of reform,we should follow such principles as"teacher training","holistic","easy to operation"and"innovating".We should bear the teaching objective in mind,attach importance to the exploration of teaching methods,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,and improve evaluation content and methods so as to effectively promote the teaching of psychology as a public course.
