| 摘 要： | 卓越法治人才培养需要顶层设计与实践探索的整体合力。法学教育来源于实践，也回归于实践。要培养应用型、复合型法治人才，除了扎实的理论基础外，需要构筑一个培养法科生实践能力的集法律事实探知、司法文书写作、法治思辨论证等综合技能于一体的学科体系，而建设长期稳定的动态化法学基地无疑是这一体系的重要组成部分，这将有效地促进高校法学院与司法实践基地的良性互动，最终促成应用型卓越法治人才培养目标的达成。

| Abstract: | The training of outstanding legal talents requires the integration of top-level design and practical exploration. Law education originates from practice and eventually returns to practice. In order to train applied and compound talents under the rule of law, besides solid theoretical basis, it is necessary to construct a discipline system that integrates legal fact exploration, judicial document writing, legal speculation and argumentation, etc. Among them, the construction of a long-term and stable dynamic legal practice base is undoubtedly an important part of this system, which will effectively promote the positive interaction between law schools and judicial practice bases, and ultimately contribute to the realization of the goal of training outstanding applied legal talents |
