论本科学前教育专业的人才分类培养

摘    要:本科学前教育专业进行理论型人才和应用型人才的分类培养是非常必要的.应根据科研规模划分学前教育专业类型,由此确定其人才培养的层次、类型及不同类型人才的比例."立足幼教师资、兼顾相近相关",是学前教育专业应用型人才培养的特点.两类人才的培养由必修课与选修课的适当设置来作平台.本科学前教育专业的人才分类培养需要考虑开设学科导论课,实行学业导师制度,开展职业倾向测评,构建理论型人才、应用型人才培养策略.加强师资队伍建设.

Abstract:It is necessary that pre-school education undergraduate majors fosters theory talent and application one.The types of pre-school education majors should be classfied based on research scale,which is basis of determining levels,types and proportion of talent fostering.The idea "Being based on kindergarten teachers,and considering similar and relevant talents" is characteristic of fostering application talents of pre-school education.The training of two types of talents must be based on designing appropriately the compulsory and selective course.For the sake of fostering different talents,undergraduate pre-school education majors must consider opening introduction course of pre-school education,carrying out system on tutor guiding students'school work,launching the test and evaluation of vocational tendency,constructing strategy of fostering theory talent and application talent,and strengthening teachers building of contingent.
