| 摘 要： | 场外金融衍生品市场由于信息不对称和杠杆效应等因素的存在,蕴含着大量的风险.我国的场外金融衍生品市场发展刚刚起步,建立起科学合理的场外金融衍生品市场的监管机制是促进其健康发展的重要保证.在总结国内文献基础上,本文介绍了场外金融衍生品市场监管的国际通行做法,随后分析了我国场外金融衍生品市场监管存在的问题,并提出了几点完善我国场外金融衍生品市场监管的建议.

| Abstract: | The OTC financial derivatives market has huge risk due to the information asymmetry and leverage effect. China ' s OTC financial derivatives market is still in its beginning stages. In order to ensure its healthy development, China should set up a scientific and rational supervision system for this market. After the literature review, this article gives a brief introduction on the international common practice on the supervision of OTC financial derivatives market, then analyzes the problems on China' s supervision system of OTC financial derivatives market. Finally some suggestions are put forward to improve China's supervision system. |
