| 摘 要： | 当今世界共同面临的一个气候危机是地球变暖现象，清洁发展机制是《京都议定书》规定的三种灵活性机制之一，是“南北合作”在全球温室气体减排上的集中表现。该机制的合理有效运作对全球环境问题的解决具有重要意义。本文着重就清洁发展机制产生的背景，理论基础、运行模式、其发展前景等方面试作探讨，并略论清洁发展机制与中国的关系。

| Abstract: | A climatic crisis facing the whole world at present is the phenomenon of global warming.CDM is one of the three flexible mechanisms prescribed in Kyoto Protocol and is a typical indication of the south-north cooperation in reducing the greenhouse gases globally.Whether it can work reasonably and effectively is significant to the solution of the global environmental problems.This paper discusses the background under which CDM comes into being,its theoretical basis,operating mode and the developmental prospects and studies its relations with China. |
