基于周期对称的大小叶片叶盘振动特性分析

摘    要:在对大叶片和小叶片组合形式的轴流压气机的叶盘结构进行固有振动特性分析时,其高保真模型的有限元的计算规模将会非常大。利用其叶盘结构的旋转周期对称性,选取包含大叶片、小叶片和相应轮盘的一个基本扇区模型,对其有限元模型施加周期对称约束,可以使求解的规模大大降低,有效提高了计算效率、节约机时。计算得到了某转速下的大小叶片叶盘结构的固有振动特性和相应模态分布规律。

Abstract:The finite element calculation scale of the analysis of the inherent vibration characteristic of the axial compressor with splitter would be enormously large if the overall high fidelity blade model was used.A basic sector model of the blisk with one big and one small blade could be used because of the symmetry of the structure.The calculation scale would be lower if the cyclic symmetry constraint was applied to the sector model and the calculation efficiency would be improved with less CPU time.The in-herent vibration characteristic of the blisk with splitter and the distribution of the modal with a certain speed could be got.
