博士学位授权点建设中的青年教师培养探索

摘    要:博士学位授权点(简称博士点)建设作为高校建设的一项重要内容,不仅能够增强高校的综合实力,也推动着高校学科建设、队伍建设,其中,青年教师是教学和科研一线的生力军,是博士点建设与发展的新鲜血液和储备力量,因此,青年教师的培养至关重要。本文基于河北联合大学公共卫生与预防医学博士点建设的基础和特色,论述了青年教师培养的必要性和重要性,提出了切实可行的青年教师培养和建设的有关思路和方法。

Exploration on the Cultivation of Young Teachers in the Construction of Doctorate Authorization Centers

Abstract:The construction of doctorate authorization centers (doctorate centers for short), as an important part of university construction, can not only enhance the overall strength of the u-niversity, but also promote the university discipline and team construction, where young teachers are the fresh activists at the fist line of teaching and research, and they are also the fresh blood and reserve force for the construction and development of doctorate centers, therefore, it is essential to cultivate young teachers. Based on the foundation and features of the public health and preventive medicine doctoral construction in Hebei United University, this paper discusses the necessity and impor-tance of cultivating young teachers, and puts forward practical ideas and methods related to the cultivation and construction of young teachers.
