| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的繁荣发展与社会结构的不断变化，功利主义思潮弥漫各大高校，导致高等教育功利化倾向愈加明显。高等教育的功利化倾向导致高校人才培养质量的下降，造成整体教育水平的失衡。为此，高等教育工作者要尽快转变管理方式，走出高等教育功利化的误区。

| Abstract: | With the continuous change of social structure and the prosperity and development of market economy, utilitarianism diffuses in universities, resulting in more and more obvious utili-tarian tendency of higher education. The utilitarian tendency of higher education leads to the decline of the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities, and the imbalance of the overall level of education. Therefore, higher education workers must change the management mode as soon as possible, and walk out of misunderstanding of higher education utilitarianism. |
