| 摘 要： | 5S管理是目前运用在企业中较为成熟的，并且行之有效的管理模式，现代企业均将“5S”作为企业管理的基石，培养优秀员工，以实现企业的整体效益。在当今校企合作日益深化的大背景下，引入企业5S管理模式，塑造高职学生的行为素养，是提升高职德育工作实效性的新型模式。

| Abstract: | 5S management is a relatively mature and feasible management model applied in enterprises at present. Modern en-terprises all regard＆quot;5S＆quot;as the cornerstone of enterprise manage-ment, so as to cultivate outstanding employees and realize the whole benefit of enterprises. In the background of increasingly deepening college-enterprise cooperation, to introduce 5S enter-prise management model and shape higher vocational students＆#39; behavior literacy is a new-typed model of improving the efficien-cy of higher vocational moral education. |
