| 摘 要： | 现代社会的进步，企业越来越重视多样性和综合性的人才，同时要求从业人员要有更加专业的知识和专业技能，所以如何培养一个既有专业知识技能，又有综合能力的人才，被许多教育教学研究者所逐渐重视并进行深入的探讨。机床电气控制与 PLC应用课程具有非常强的实用性，并且也是一门专业的核心课程。本文就从机床电气控制与 PLC 应用改革的背景、改革的措施等方面进行探讨，从而提高学生的动手、工程设计和创新能力，最终培养出具有综合能力且有专业职业技能的人才。

| Abstract: | With the progress of the modern society, more and more emphasis is laid on diversified and integrated talents, while employees are required to have more specialized knowledge and professional skills, so how to train talents with both professional knowledge and skills and integrated ability has been gradually attracting the attention of education and teaching researchers who are carrying out deep exploration on this issue. The course of ma-chine electrical control and PLC application is a highly practical and professional core course. This paper explores from the reform background and measures of this course, aiming to improve stu-dents＆#39; hands-on ability, as well as engineering design and inno-vative ability, and ultimately cultivate professional talents with both integrated ability and vocational skills. |
