| Abstract: | In the background of today＇s university enrollment and universily reform, college head teachers＇ work is particularly im- portant. This paper discusses some methods which are of strong referential significance to university development, students＇ growth and teachers＇ personal development, such as the management idea of external tightness and internal looseness, the distributary mode of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, and kind and natural humanistic care. |
