| 摘 要： | 在研究当今中国新闻教育改革的问题时,首先必须思考“教育的目的是什么?,”“最好的教育是什么?”作者在考察美英较发达的新闻教育后,认为,教育的目的,是解决有限的人生精力与无限的知识之间的矛盾。最好的教育,是能用最小的教育成本最快培养人实现最大的人生价值。尤其需要研究:一是学制问题;二是如何认识、处理好通识教育与专业教育的关系。具体到新闻教育改革,应着重解决:重视对新闻专业职业精神的强调和培养,避免将新闻专业人才培养目标与传播专业人才培养目标简单地混同起来;因地制宜,创造条件,加强对新闻实际操作能力的培养。
