可持续发展与人力资源开发

摘    要:开发人力资源是中国式可持续发展战略的首要目标之一。中国的人力资源的数量庞大,但文化素质偏低,就业压力大等,都是较为严峻的问题,严重阻碍着中国经济的可持续发展。为了促使中国走上可持续发展的道路,有必要探讨中国人力资源开发和可持续发展的关系,分析中国人力资源的现状和发展趋势,并在此基础上提出中国人力资源开发战略的构想。

Abstract:Man-power sources development is one of primary goals of the sustainable developing strategy of Chinese style. The huge quantity of the human resources of China; low cultural diathesis ;the great pressure on employment, etc., all these comparatively severe problems, hinder the sustainable development of China's economy seriously. In order to promote China to go on sustainable development road, it is necessary to study the relation between China's manpower resources development and sustainable development; analyse the current situation and developing trend of the Chinese human resources ,and put forward the idea of China's manpower resources development strategy on this basis.
