| 摘 要： | 语用失误是非英语专业学生跨文化交际中的主要障碍。英语教学只有掌握了造成学生语用失误的具体原因,针对存在的问题及时采取有力措施,才能有效地提高学生的英语语用能力。通过问卷调查的形式,对部分非英语专业学生的英语实际运用情况做了调查。从价值观念、思维方式、礼貌的文化内涵差异的角度,分析了造成语用失误的原因,并对今后教学提出了具体建议。
