| 摘 要： | 空调过滤器是空调系统中的重要零件之一，其型号根据空调功率的大小不同，尺寸规格也不一样，通过对该零件的结构工艺性分析，设计一台压槽加工专用设备，采用一种滚压机构解决生产加工时的难点，且尺寸调整方便，极大地提高了生产质量和生产效率。该专机用于实际生产中操作简便，便于组织自动生产线且维护方便。

| Abstract: | Air filter is one of the important parts of the air conditioning system, its models and sizes vary accord?ing to the power of the air conditioning system . A special groove processing equipment is designed by analyzing the structure process of the parts and adopting a rolling mechanism to solve the difficult production process, and the equipment is adjusted conveniently and greatly improves the production quality and efficiency. The machine is used for the actual production and has the advantages of simple operation, easy maintenance and organiz?ing automatic production line. |
