| 摘 要： | 通过对学校体育中竞技体育运动对新一代竞争人才培养之重要性与可行性探讨，指出在当前强调体育教育健康主体意识的同时不可舍弃竞技体育在培养和选就新一代竞争人才方面的作用与功能。同时，还就学校体育教育的不同阶段在培养学生竞争意识和能力时应注意的问题进行了论述。

| Abstract: | Through studies on significance and feasibility of competitive sports in training talents with competitiveness,the author found that when emphasis was laid on consciousness of P.E. as the main body of health education,attention should also be paid to functions of competitive sports in training the talents. Points to be heeded to at different stages of school P.E. in order to train the students' competitiveness and ability of competing were suggested. |
