| 摘 要： | 创造性人格是人的创造性素质的一个重要方面,它启动、导向和维护着人们的创造性活动。分析了创造性人格品质的心理结构,归纳、总结了当代大学生创造性人格具体的外显特征,并从以学生为本,改革当前教学环境与方法,培养大学生创造的目的性、动机性和意志性品质,加强对大学生的心理健康教育等方面,对培养当代大学生创造性人格提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Creative personality is an important aspect of creative quality of a person,itlaunches,guides and protects people's creative activities.The paper Analysed psychological structure of the quality of the creative personality,categorized and summed up the specific explicit features of creativity of contemporary college students,and proposes that it is student-oriented,reforming the current teaching environment and methods,training college students to create the purpose,motivation and the will of quality,Strengthening the mental health of college students,and so on,making suggestions on how to cultivate the creative personality for contemporary college students.. |
