| 摘 要： | 创新心理素质是军校学员在21世纪保持良好战斗力的一个重要因素,它包括3个因素,即创造性智力、创造性人格和创造性动机。我们通过自编问卷,分析影响军校学员创新心理素质的因素。研究发现,对军校学员来说,创造性智力对创新心理素质的影响比创造性人格要大些,而创造性智力与创造性动机之间的差异不显著。

| Abstract: | Innovative psychological quality become a key factor for cadets to keep high comat effectiveness in the 21st century. Innovative psychological quality Include 3 factors, such as innovative intelligence, innovative personality and innovative motivation. A self - made questionnaire was made to investigate the influencing factors of innovative psychological quality for cadets. The results showed that：there were significant differences between innovative intelligence and innovative personality, but no significant differences between innovative intelligence and innovative motivation. |
