| 摘 要： | 蔡元培"兼容并包"思想是其指导北大改革的教育理念,"教授治校"思想是其北大改革内容中管理体制改革的理论基础,阐释二者的辩证关系除了更加清晰地理解蔡元培教育思想的内部关联性之外,更能理清蔡元培改革北大的整个精神脉络,深化对当今高等教育改革进程中大学定位和管理模式民主化改革的理性认识。

| Abstract: | Cai Yuanpei ＂s all-inclusive thought is the school - running idea of guiding Peking University reform. Professorial Governance theory is his theoretical basis of management system reformwhich is one of important contents of Peking University reform. Explaining the dialectical relationship between the two makes us recognize the internal relationship of Cai Yuanpei＇s educational thought moreclearly and better analyze the whole spiritual trend of his guiding reform. And it helps us deepen the rational understanding of university orientation and management mode＇s democratic reform in the process of contemporary higher education reform. |
