| 摘 要： | 介绍了"数字通信"课程教学改革中进行的一些探索与实践,主要包括教学理念更新、教学内容改革和教学方法改进,强调了研究生创新能力和研究能力的培养以及以学生为主体的教学模式的转变。最后对研究生课程教学改革中教员应承担的责任和需要具备的素质进行了讨论,指出只有提高教师队伍素质才能取得更好的教学改革成效。

| Abstract: | Some exploration and practice of the teaching reform for the course of digital communication are introduced in this paper. It consists of the adjusting of the teaching philosophy, the innovation of the teaching contents and the improvement of the teaching methods. The teaching reform emphasizes the cultivation of the innovation ability and the research ability for the graduate students. The new teaching pattern gives priority to the students. At last, we discuss the responsibility and the vital quality of the teachers who take charge of the teaching reform of the graduate courses. The point of viewis that to make the teaching reform more effective, we have to improve the quality of the teaching team. |
