| 摘 要： | 辩护律师出庭问题直接关系到我国刑事诉讼活动的顺利进行及诉讼公正，其意义重大。然而，由于种种原因，律师难于出庭。要解决这一问题，既要从律师本身建设入手，更要从立法保障制度入手。
