| 摘 要： | 研究通过自编问卷对参加2010年全国大学生健美操联赛的123名运动员进行问卷调查,分析了我国大学生竞技健美操运动员的自信心来源特征。研究结果表明：我国大学生竞技健美操运动员在自信心来源的选择上具有明显的倾向性,从大到小分别是：过去的成败经验、技能掌握、技能演示、自我感知、运动情景、言语劝说、教练能力、替代经验。

| Abstract: | Through questionnaire survey to 123 athletes of 2010 National Undergraduate Aerobics League,this paper analyses the characteristics of self-confidence source of undergraduates aerobics athletes in China.And the study results reflect that there is obvious tendentiousness of the choices of their self-confidence sources.From large to small,they are previous experience of success or failure,skill mastery,skill performance,self-perception,sports scene,verbal persuasion,coach ability and vicarious experience. |
