摘    要:来用文献资料法、调查法和访谈等研究方法,从经营性健身俱乐部及其客户服务体系的概念入手,对我国经营性健身俱乐部的会员服务体系的现状进行分析与研究,并剖析其存在问题及其原因,提出优化我国经营性健身俱乐部客户服务体系的具体措施,旨在提高会员满意度,促进我国经营性健身俱乐部朝着全面、协调、可持续的方向发展.

Abstract:This paper,through the methods of literature,investigation survey and interview,analyzes the conceptions of operating fitness club and customer service system.And then it researches the system's current situation,problems of existence as well as the reasons.In order to enhance the degree of satisfaction and improve the comprehensive,continuable and harmonious development of operating fitness clubs in China,this article puts forward the specific measures for that.
