| 摘 要： | 以宁夏高校体育教师职业倦怠的状况为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等方法,对普通高校体育教师职业倦怠进行了深入研究,结果表明：提高体育教师的素质,激发其工作热情,是改善教学质量的有力的科学依据。
