| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献资料法以及数理统计法相结合,对江西省参加大学生足球联赛的177名运动员成就动机影响因素进行问卷调查,研究结果表明：教育因子、心理因子、训练因子等五个因子分别从不同的程度上对大学生有着一定比例的影响,因此在今后教学和训练过程中,应有不同的侧重,以培养更优秀的高校足球后备力量.
