摘    要:为探讨运动条件下血浆内皮素、心钠素的变化及相互关系,采用放射免疫法对10名少年运动员,在50w、150w递增负荷运动中的血浆内皮素、心钠素含量进行了动态测定.结果表明血浆内皮素、心钠素的含量在50w负荷运动末较安静时分别上升8%、6%(均为P>0.05);150w负荷运动末较安静时分别上升14%(P>0.05)、15%(P<0.05);与对照组相比,血浆内皮素、心钠素在各观察指标无显著差异.结合有关心功能指标提示中等强度的耐力运动是促血浆内皮素、心钠素释放的有效刺激.

Abstract:In order to find out the changes and the relationship of plasma Endothelin (ET) and Atrial Natriuretic Peptide(ANP),radioimmunoassay has been used to test the contents of plasma ET and ANP in the activity circulation of 10 juvenile athletes with 50W and 150W increasing exercise load.The findings show that plasma Et and ANP have increased by 8% and 6%(both P>0.05) respectively after 50W load exercise,while by 14%(P>0.05) and 15%(P<0.05) after 150W load exercise.The specifications of plasma ET and ANP are not significant from those of the athletes in control group.It is concluded that medium intensity exercise for heart tolerance can promote release of plasma ET and ANP.
