| Abstract: | Classical writer Lenin's exploration about cultural construction of the east underdeveloped nations that economy and culture are backward,provides experience of socialist culture construction. These experiences are mainly as follows: the cultural idea adhering to the basic principle of people first and seeking truth from facts; cultural care embodied open inclusive and study the basic spirit of the work; promote cultural development adhering to the gradual development and the basic ways of inheritance- innovation. The realization of the socialist culture power dream need to learn from Lenin's experience about Soviet socialist culture construction in his late years. |
