| 摘 要： | 现行教育实习的形式有集中实习、分散实习、委托实习和混合编队实习等.研究表明,混合编队教育实习具有多专业协作、节省资源、培养学生自主自立等优势,成为一种较为理想的、且具有可操作性的实习模式.多元化体育教育实习方式要打破集中时间、固定地点的一元化的毕业前教学实习模式,必须将学生的大学学习生涯与学校、与社会、与单位的体育活动广泛联系,参与不同领域的实践活动,使其成为现代社会体育的合格人才.

| Abstract: | There are many mode on education practice such as centralized practice, decentralized practice, entrust practice and mixed - up practice. According to the research, the mixed - up practice has some superiority such as cooperation between students in different majors, save up resources, and cultivate the independent abilities of students. So this is an ideal and practical mode for the teaching practice. The Multiple Physical Education Teaching Mode could break up the disadvantage of centralized practice mode such as at a period of time and at the fix place before graduation. School should connect students future career with the practice of school, society and the practice unit. Let students participate in different practice and make them qualified person with social sports. |
