摘    要:学习型组织是学习型社会的基石,也是学习型社会充满生机与活力的细胞。学习型组织作为一种社会化组织,有法人单位型的正式学习型组织和民间非正式学习型自组织两种类型。目前我国学习型组织创建视野狭窄,仅关注正式学习型组织的创建,却忽略了自下而上的草根型的民间非正式学习型自组织的创建。要使学习型社会建设深入发展,必须延伸学习型组织的触角,催生和培育大量民间非正式学习型自组织。

A Study of China Learning Self- organization Development

Abstract:The learning organization is the foundation of learning society, and the cell full of vigor and vitality in learning society. As a kind of social organization, learning organization includes legal person unit type of formal learning organization and grass - roots type of informal learning self organizing . At present , the creation of learning organization has a tunnel vision, and it only focus on formal learning organization creation, the creation of the bottom - up grass - roots type of folk informal learning organization is forgotten and ignored. In order to construct the learning - type society deeply, the tentacles of learning organization must be extended, so that a large number of the grass- roots type of informal learning self- organizations can be mustered and cultivated.
