| 摘 要： | 煤炭企业属于资源开采型企业,企业集团化发展道路中容易受到多重因素的影响。要想取得较好的生产效益,就必须开展全面的风险管理以及加强内部控制,以实现资产保值增值、促进企业健康平稳较快发展。对煤炭企业集团实施全面风险管理与内部控制进行深入探讨,以期提高煤炭企业集团风险防范与管理水平,保障煤炭行业为中国整体经济注入持久性动力,确保经济发展整体的稳定性和安全性。

| Abstract: | Coal enterprise belongs to resources mining enterprises. Coal enterprise groups are likely subject to the influence of multiple factors in their development track. Production effectiveness calls for overall risk management and enhancement of internal controls so as to maintain and increase the value of assets and promote enterprise healthy and steady development. The article takes up an in-depth discussion on overall risk management and internal controls in coal enterprise groups, in an effort to improve risk prevention and management level, guarantee that coal industry inject long lasting impetus into China＇s overall economy, and ensure ensuring the overall stability and safety in economic development. |
