基于单片机的多轴运动控制器的编程与实现

摘    要:运动控制技术涵盖了几乎所有的工业领域,在各种复杂的场合中已有成熟的运动控制器,但其成本高,且不易系统集成,对于低速空间运动等小型控制系统并不合适。基于单片机直接控制各轴速度以实现空间运动的编程方法可满足该类小型控制系统的需求,用该方法制作的一种多轴运动控制器,其可移植性好,系统集成容易,成本低廉。试验表明该方法控制效果良好。

Abstract:Motion control technology covering almost all industrial fields,has a mature motion controller,which is costly, not easily systematically integrated nor adjusted to small-scale control system like low-speed space mo- tion. SCM-based direct control of the shafts speed can realize SCM-based space motion programming, which meet the need of the small-scale control system of this kind. SCM-based multi-axis motion controller made by this means is proved to have sound controlling effect for its good portability, easy systematic integration and low-cost.
