摘    要:在现代零件车削加工生产中,提高加工质量与效率,降低生产成本,是生产者着重考虑的问题。以一种多功能高速切削内孔的先进刀具为研究对象,展示如何改善刀头切削条件、提高刀头强度,改善排屑和散热条件,降低切削力,进而提高车刀耐用度,提高切削用量,实现高速强力扩孔、镗孔的高效组合车削,达到提高生产效率、降低加工成本的目的。

Abstract:In the modern parts turning processing production,the producers focus on how to improve the processing quality and efficiency and reduce production costs. We aim the research at a kind of multi-functional advanced cutting tool with a high-speed cutting bore in an effort to demonstrate how to improve the cutting conditions and strength of the cutting tools, and chip removal and cooling conditions, and how to reduce the cutting forces,resulting in improvement of cutting tool durability and cutting parameters,coupled with realization of high-speed powerful reaming and efficient composite turning of boring. Ultimately,we achieve the objective of enhancing productivity and reducing the processing cost.
