| 摘 要： | 在旅游业发展进程中，城市作为旅游目的地和旅游集散地的双重功能缺一不可，而作为城市型旅游目的地更具有重要意义。本文从昆明城市旅游功能的发展变化事实趋势，提出问题，具体分析了昆明作为城市型旅游目的地建设的条件和存在的问题，并给予了建设建议。

| Abstract: | In the course of tourism development,cities bear the functions of both as tourist tour destination and arrival and departure places,which are equally important.But the former is more significant.This paper brings forward the problems based on the actual trend of developing change of cities served as tourist tour destination,concretely analyzes the condition and exist problems for the construction of Kunming city-style tourist destination,put forward some constructive proposals. |
