| 摘 要： | 第一次鸦片战争以后,中国便在外力的压迫下进入了半殖民地半封建社会,在这种时代背景下成长起来的晚清商人不得不在外国资本主义和本国封建主义的双重压迫下生存和发展。胡雪岩作为近代转型期最为著名的商人之一,他融贯中西的经营管理思想有着深厚的形成背景。一是大的时代背景,胡雪岩生逢清末乱世,历经两次鸦片战争、太平天国运动、洋务运动等重大历史事件,经济结构处于转型的时期,不稳定因素较多,这些全方位地影响了胡雪岩经营管理思想的形成。二是在个人成长方面,他把幼时家贫作为奋起的财富,并很好地继承了传统徽商的经营理念和特点,融合了儒家思想的精髓。正是在时代和个人双重背景的影响下,胡雪岩才形成了其完善的经营管理思想,从而成为我国近代著名的商人。

| Abstract: | After the First Opium War, under the oppression of external forces, China entered the semi-colonial and semi-feudal society; the businessman in late Qing Dynasty growing up in this context had to survive and develop under the double oppression of foreign capitalism and domestic feudalism, Hu as one of the most famous businessman in the modern transitional period, his management thought which integrated both Chinese and Western ideas, has a deep background. On the one hand, he learn the advanced management ideas in the context of his time ; on the other hand, as he grew up, he took his childhood poverty as a base of his rise to wealth, at the same time, in transitional period, he inherited the traditional ideas and characteristics of the Anhui merchants and the integration of the essence of Confucianism. It was under the influence of the era as well as the personal background that Hu formed a sound management philosophy, becoming China＇ s famous modern businessman. |
