| 摘 要： | 培养什么人和如何培养人，是我国社会主义教育事业发展中必须解决好的根本问题。在新时期，高校思想政治工作要适应新的形势，在继承和发扬优良传统的基础上，与时俱进，拓展新内容，探索新方法，开创新时期高校思想政治工作的新局面。加强高校对大学生思想政治教育工作，提高针对性、有效性，关键问题是做到贴近实际、贴近群众、贴近生活，努力探索大学生思想政治教育工作“三贴近”的内容、根本任务及其落实的主要方法途径。

| Abstract: | How to cultivate the proper kind of students is the key to the educational course for Chinese socialism. Based upon this, the writers of the paper believe that the ideological work in universities should inherit the traditional glories and adapt to the new phase of time so as to enhance the efficiency of the un- dergraduate education. The argument lies in the educational pragmatism, service for all, and commitments to reality. In addition, the paper also provides with some practical proposals in relation to the ideological contents, objectives and methods. |
