| 摘 要： | 主要采用实验研究法,以台湾体育大学武术套路队的24名运动员为实验对象,运用文献资料法、测试法、数据统计等,对本研究设计的08TW训练手段进行为期12周的实验实施,其目的是探讨12周08TW训练手段实验处理后的训练效果,旨在为武术套路运动队提高运动员专项技能提供依据。

| Abstract: | This research was studying on the 24 athletes in National Taiwan Sports University in Taiwan,China With different research mathods such as documentary data,experiments,research,test and statistics,it implemented the experiment lasted for 12 weeks,which design for 08 TW training means],with the purpose to prove the effectiveness of training means and aim at improving the special skills for Martail Arts athletes. |
